 HOUSE RULES

1. Any member, in good standing, Class “A” from any VFW or social member of Club 5825, is entitled to the privileges of the Club.
2. Members introducing guests must register them.  Member signing in a guest is responsible for that guest and their actions.
3. Guests may not purchase any alcohol; any alcoholic beverage must be purchased by the introducing member.
4. Any guest may be signed in a total of 3 times, and 3 times only.  This is not only a house rule, this is the mandated by the Commonwealth.
5. Members are responsible for any damage caused by them or their guest.
6. Credit will not be extended to any member under any circumstance.
7. Minors are permitted on premises, but may not be on the lap of or seated at the bar with the parent or guardian.
8. No minors in the bar area after 9pm Monday thru Sunday.
9. Employees will NOT sell any alcoholic beverage to any visibly intoxicated person. 
10.  Last call is 30 minutes prior to closing time; members must vacate at closing time.
11. Loud, obscene, racial slurs or profane language is strictly prohibited.  * Failure to comply with this and you will be asked to leave immediately!
12. Harassment /Harassing (*as defined by bartender on duty) of the bartender, arguing with the bartender due to disagreement w/ any of the above rules will result in 1st Offense, Verbal or Written warning 2nd offense, 30 day suspension 3rd offense Permanent Loss of Membership/Priviliges
13. 13.Members shall NOT complain to bartender on duty, all complaints can be submitted in writing and put in the suggestion box to be heard at that the next board meeting.
14. 14.Bartenders will notify a member when rules are violated by the member and or their guests.  If such warning is not heeded, the bartender will ask the member or guests to leave.  This will be noted in writing to the manager and if necessary be reported to the board for further action.
